Agreement Between Overnight Mountings, Inc. and Jeweler

This Agreement is made and entered into by and between Overnight Mountings, Inc. ("Overnight") and the undersigned jeweler ("Jeweler") as of the date of signature. This Agreement pertains to the setting of stones provided by the Jeweler to Overnight for jewelry production.

1. Loss or Damage in Transit
   Overnight shall not be liable for any stones lost or damaged during transit to Overnight's facility.
2. Quality and Grade Inspection
   The Jeweler is responsible for inspecting and verifying the Quantity and Quality of all diamonds/stones provided to Overnight. The Jeweler is responsible for supplying the correct quantity of diamonds, listing their quality, and ensuring proper fluting.
3. Dismount Charges
   - Please dismount all stones prior to sending them to Overnight.
   - A $1 per stone charge will apply for dismounting any customer stones.
4. Incorrect Stone Measurements
   All diamonds/stones must be accurately measured and fluted for the item being ordered. If a model must be remade to accommodate customer stones, a charge will apply to remake the model.
5. Breakage in Production
   While Overnight exercises the utmost care during production, the Jeweler acknowledges that loss or breakage of stones is an inherent risk. Overnight will not be held liable for such incidents. In the event of loss or damage, the designated contact provided by the Jeweler will be notified, and arrangements will be made for the shipment of replacement stones to complete the job.

By signing below, the Jeweler agrees that this waiver applies to all future jobs conducted between the Jeweler and Overnight.
